The rooms are really clean and tidy and the children in the closet are very quiet. The bowling alley is not sloping and the skittles are great too. Everything works perfectly even with the food there is waste.

We ordered 2x rump steak with fresh mushrooms. Since we often and like to eat meat, I have to mention that the food was very tasty and very well prepared. And qualitatively at a fair price. In addition, very friendly staff.

The entire hotel is getting old, unfortunately not renovated for a long time. The first glance is not inviting. The rooms were originally stuck in the 70s. Reasonably clean. Breakfast is very ordinary. You get full. The staff are friendly but often annoyed.

That knocks out the bottom of the barrel. The room looks like a better lumber room, I don't want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The bathroom could do with a thorough cleaning. I still don't know how deep into my pocket I have to dig for this hostel, the bill will be handed to me tomorrow morning. The restaurant is solidly built with all sorts of knickknacks in the corners that you can see the dust from afar. The service is friendly, but very curt. In the restaurant there is dead silence, which is no wonder with the food. The meal (a schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and spaetzle) is a case for this restaurant savior from television. Two approx 1.5 cm thick breaded pieces of molded meat from the freezer for spaetzle from the bag that can only dream of salt water. It chews as hard as a sole, the panande is dry and tastes slightly sour. The cream sauce only deserves its name because the sauce thickener fell into it. A shot of cream would have been necessary. I was so hungry that I refrained from criticizing the Lord's Supper. Photos attached. You have the feeling that an Uncle Fester and the icy cold hand are about to run into your path. The hotel is probably getting a bit old, but still everything was neat and clean. In addition: that is the price of a room in this region ferry. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. It certainly is not a wellness hotel, but absolutely sufficient for business travelers and craftsmen.

Hotel unfortunately very disappointing, as it is in need of renovation everywhere. Mold in the bathroom and outside the ceiling in the hall because of a water damage. A room could not be used because a part of the ceiling was run down. Staff very rude and did not apologize for the room that could not be used. Wordlessly got a new one. 60 euros with breakfast are far too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Food and location good.

Very familiar and cozy

I feel good here. When I first booked here I had a bad feeling, as many here have rated relatively poor. My fears have not been confirmed. You get a room where everything is ok, (hot water is also available). The restaurant works fast and the food tastes good. The prices for rooms as well as for food and drinks are good for Germany, for Baden Württemberg very good. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Since some have complained about the 80s establishment: Yes, the furniture is largely not from the 21st century. But everything is fine. No calcified shower heads, no worn carpet and no saggy mattresses. You can watch TV on 24 "flat screen. Wi-Fi is free. I travel a lot for my job and have spent over 1000 nights in hotels all over Europe in the last 10 years. I'm good at assessing what you can expect for your money. My expectations were exceeded here in the positive. I will gladly come again.
